The Fan Zone has been great. It is great to feel as our voice is being heard, where in other situations you could speak but the company may not listen.
I'd call it the easiest way to get your voice heard by the network…. I know my comments are monitored, read, and taken under advisement. Even if they're not used, someone heard them, and it makes me feel like I'm making at least somewhat of a difference in programming decisions.
It seems like my opinions are actually getting through and improving my ESPN viewing experience. I've seen a few changes that I have suggested.
…members should expect to look beyond the box scores, stats, and expectations of a sports viewer and think more outside the box. More than just what they see on ESPN or other outlets, but more about how they can make ESPN better than others.
